1. Conditions of purchase

Runnek Sportswear SRL offers its users website features and other products and services when they visit or shop at the Runnek online store.

Use of the website confers the status of user upon anyone who accepts the conditions indicated in this text.

1.1 Applicability

These general conditions apply to: (I) the purchase of any product through the website; (II) the use of any information, documents, graphics, films, features, music and/or other services on the website.

1.2 Placing orders/purchases on the website

To place an order through the website, the User must be of legal age, be an end consumer (not a distributor), have an email address, and accept the cookie and pop-up window policy.

Once the purchase process is complete, an automatic order confirmation will appear on the website, including the order number and details of the purchase made by the User.

The user will receive a copy of the order confirmation at their email address.

There may be a margin of difference between the design and colour of the products displayed on the website and the products received, as the screen display may alter the actual characteristics of the physical item.

Orders can only be forwarded to an address in one of the countries that Runnek delivers to.

1.3 Runnek’s right to refuse or cancel orders

Runnek reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order (even if it has already been previously accepted), without any liability for damages or expenses, in the following cases:

  • Products that are unavailable or out of stock (in this case, a full refund will be issued)
  • Incorrect or incomplete User information.
  • The order may be fraudulent or irregular.
  • There is evidence or certainty that the purchase is being made by a User under the age of 18 or who is not an end consumer.
  • The price offered is incorrect.
  • Delivery is impossible due to causes attributable to third parties beyond Runnek’s control.

1.4 Verification of User Data

Runnek may perform checks before sending an order, for example, verifying the User’s address, verifying the User’s creditworthiness, confirming abnormal, suspicious or fraudulent transactions, and processing them.

Runnek owns the products until full payment is received and they are delivered to the User.

2. Price and Payment

Runnek accepts various payment methods, does not accept other methods, and orders can only be processed if the user’s information can be verified.

Product prices on the website are expressed in euros (€), including applicable taxes for each EU country.

Shipping costs are applied to each order based on the destination country. The sum of the product price and shipping cost is the “total amount.”

Prices on the website are subject to change without prior notice from Runnek. Users should be aware that pricing errors may occur, and Runnek reserves the right to cancel an order if any errors are found in the information.

3. Privacy

Runnek transmits payments made on the website through an entity that uses the SSL security protocol. Payment data is encrypted until the transaction is processed. This information will not be stored by Runnek.

Despite the privacy policy, Runnek assumes no responsibility for damages resulting from the use of electronic communication, including but not limited to damages resulting from loss or delay in the delivery of electronic communications, manipulation or interception by third parties, or through the use of computer programs used for the transmission of electronic communications or viruses.

4. Transport and shipping

Products are delivered Monday to Friday (working days) within a period of 24-48 hours from order preparation plus the time it takes the Transport Agency to deliver to the indicated address, which can normally range between one and five working days (except for the islands, which can range between 7 and 14 days).

From the moment the order is shipped, the assigned Transport Agency will be informed of the type of service and its cost.

Upon receiving the order, the User must check the condition of the packaging and, if it is damaged, must not accept the package. In this case, Runnek will process the return and send a second shipment at no additional shipping cost to the User.

5. Exchanges and Returns

5.1 Can I return or exchange purchased products?

YES, if you are not satisfied with the product, you can return or exchange the purchased items as long as they have not been used or tampered with and retain their original packaging and label.

Please note that items labelled as “hygiene/personal products” are not eligible for exchange or return.

5.2 How long do I have to make an exchange or return?

During the 14 calendar days from the day of delivery.

5.3 How do I make an exchange or a return?

Inside the package you received, you will find a withdrawal form sheet that you must fill out and insert into the same package you received at the time of delivery, along with the items you wish to return.

You will also find a sheet of stickers with the return address to attach to the package.

5.4 Damaged or defective products?

Don’t worry! Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at the email address info@runnek.it, indicating the problem and adding images of the damaged or defective product so we can resolve it as soon as possible.

The same process applies if you receive an incorrect item or if any product is missing.

5.5 Return costs

The cost of shipping the returned material is the responsibility of the consumer.

5.6 Refund

Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase, once the product has been returned and the refund has been processed.

6. Promotional codes

Runnek offers several promotional campaigns to allow users to take advantage of a promotional code and get a gift or discount on an item or order within a limited time period indicated in the promotion.

Promotional codes are limited to the User’s use and the promotional campaign; they are personal and non-transferable. You are not allowed to distribute this promotional code by any means.

Runnek reserves the right to cancel a promotional code at any time for any reason it deems appropriate.

Some items are excluded from promotions.

7. Availability

All orders placed through the website are subject to stock availability, and we strive to ensure that all products offered on the website are in stock.

In the event of a stock shortage, Runnek will inform the User and reserves the right to refuse or cancel the order for an out-of-stock product.

8. Warranty

All products offered by Runnek on the website will be delivered in perfect condition and in the quantity requested, adapting to the characteristics indicated on the website.

In the event of receiving a defective product, you must keep it in its current condition in order to verify the damage, and proceed with the repair, replacement or cancellation of the order, as appropriate, at no cost to the User.

Runnek is responsible for any inconsistencies that appear within two years of delivery. The User must present the purchase invoice and guarantee that the product(s) have not been used incorrectly or negligently, handled improperly or recklessly, or subjected to abnormal or harmful conditions; have not been involved in accidents or damaged in an attempt to repair them; have not been used in any way other than according to the product instructions; and have not deteriorated due to natural wear and tear.

In these cases, Runnek may refuse to repair or replace the product and, in accordance with the law, is not liable for any losses, debts, costs, damages, or expenses arising from the process.

9. Close to the customers

Any comments, suggestions, complaints, or reports from the Runnek community contribute to our growth; therefore, customer feedback through the website is always welcome.

We have official complaint forms available for users, which will be reviewed as quickly as possible.
