Purchase and return conditions in the RUNNEK ONLINE STORE.
The following general terms and conditions of purchase contain important information regarding the terms of the sales contract and other rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship with RUNNEK SPORTWEAR, S.L., for the purchase of its products offered through the online store: https://www.runnek.es. Completing and submitting a Purchase Order expresses acceptance of each of the General Terms and Conditions, acknowledging and accepting them in full, and also affirming that you are of legal age, in full mental and cognitive capacity, and have the ability to freely and voluntarily make said purchase.
Prices
Prices and sales conditions are for informational purposes only and may be subject to change due to market fluctuations. The price of the product is indicated in euros and includes the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the time of purchase. This price is shown on the product page on the website, except in the case of typographical errors. Shipping and assembly are not included in the prices unless expressly stated. Users are advised to access updated versions of the website to avoid pricing errors.
Placing an order by completing the purchase form implies acceptance of the offered price and the general terms and conditions of sale in effect at that time. Once the order is placed, the purchase will be considered legally binding, with all the legal guarantees that protect the consumer, and from that moment the prices and conditions will be contractual and cannot be modified without the express agreement of both parties. The contract will be formalized in Spanish. The electronic document formalizing the contract will be archived and the user will have access to it in their customer area.
Taxes payable when receiving packages in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla from the mainland are considered for tax purposes as an export, so items sold from the mainland to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are exempt from VAT.
The amount payable will depend on the purchase amount and the type of item. Our shipping terms to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla are DAP (Delivered at Place). The customer is responsible for customs clearance, duties, and taxes, always taking into account the total value of the shipment. These taxes (IGIC/IPSI) or any other customs and/or tariff expenses are not included in the item price or the invoice. The amount you will have to pay is separate from the carrier’s shipping costs. Customers are responsible for paying the applicable IGIC/IPSI to the transport company.

Shipping methods and delivery times
Regarding shipping methods and their cost:
RUNNEK SPORTWEAR delivers orders through partner transport agencies.
Home Delivery via Transport Agency: All orders, regardless of weight and volume, may be delivered to your home via a transport agency, which RUNNEK will choose based on the characteristics of the products being shipped.
Deliveries to collection points designated by the transport companies.
Regarding shipping and delivery times:
Shipping is free for orders over €40 throughout Spain, excluding the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.
Delivery is typically made to the address provided by the customer. The delivery address provided during the order process is crucial for processing the transaction.
The transport and delivery service is always carried out by companies that are entirely independent of RUNNEK. Therefore, these companies providing these services are solely responsible for any damage or loss incurred by the customer as a result of their provision, in accordance with Law 16/1987 of July 30, on the Regulation of Land Transport, and Royal Decree 1211/1990 of September 28, which approves the Regulation on the Organization of Land Transport.
Delivery times to the transport agency for products that RUNNEK has in stock range from 48 to 72 hours from order verification. These delivery times cannot be guaranteed. For products that are available but not in stock, the delivery time will be determined based on the supplier’s service and manufacturing lead times, always starting from order verification. The delivery time includes the period from order verification until the first delivery attempt by the transport service. Please note that the following days are not considered when calculating the number of days required for shipment: Friday afternoons, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays (both national and local). Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the following day. For orders that include multiple items, a single shipment will be made, and the delivery time will correspond to the item with the longest delivery time. If the payment method selected in the order is bank transfer, the time elapsed until the verification of the payment will not be included in the delivery time.
An order will be considered delivered when the customer signs the delivery receipt. The customer must inspect the products upon receipt within the next 24 hours and report any discrepancies. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the products upon receipt and note any justified exceptions or claims on the delivery receipt, in accordance with Law 16/1987 of July 30, on the Regulation of Land Transport, and Royal Decree 1211/1990 of September 28, which approves the Regulation on the Organization of Land Transport.
If you receive a product damaged in transit, we recommend contacting RUNNEK within the first 24 hours so we can file a claim with the shipping company. It is also advisable to provide the shipping company with proof of damage via the delivery note, as this is essential for any subsequent claims or for contacting the shipping company’s customer service department. The customer has a maximum of 72 hours to check the integrity of all components of the order and to verify that all items included are present. After these 72 hours, the shipment will be considered accepted, and no claims for damage or errors will be accepted.

RUNNEK offers the following payment options for any of its orders:
Credit/debit card: This is the easiest, fastest, and most secure way to make your purchase. Once you have provided us with the necessary information to process your payment through our purchase forms, your order verification will begin immediately. The cards accepted by our POS terminal are: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS CLUB, and the IUPAY digital wallet.
PayPal: Secure and guaranteed payment: data is transmitted in encrypted form.

RUNNEK sells through its online store in Spain.
The VAT applied to the sale will be the rate set by the country.
The shipping cost will be determined by the shipping company and will be displayed to the customer at checkout.
Guarantee
RUNNEK guarantees all the products it distributes in accordance with current legislation and the following conditions. Consumers may contact either the seller or the manufacturer of the product, who will be responsible for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery, as stipulated in Law 3/2014 of March 27, which amends the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws. When the lack of conformity becomes apparent after six months, and in doubtful cases, the manufacturer may require an independent expert report to process the warranty claim.
Shipping costs incurred in processing a product warranty claim will be covered by RUNNEK in cases where the product is deemed to be defective. This must always be done following the instructions provided by RUNNEK, after prior request and acceptance.
The consumer may file a claim when the product is not in conformity in the following cases:
The purchased product does not match the description provided by RUNNEK.
The purchased product is not suitable for the uses to which products of the same type are generally intended.
It does not exhibit the expected quality and performance, especially considering the public statements (advertising, brochures, labeling, etc.) made by RUNNEK or the manufacturer regarding its specific characteristics.
The consumer may choose between repair or replacement of the purchased product, unless one of the two options is impossible or disproportionate. An option will be considered disproportionate if it has a higher cost. Both repair and replacement must be carried out within a reasonable timeframe and completely free of charge for the consumer.
The consumer may process the warranty claim by contacting RUNNEK.
The warranty does not cover defects or damage due to incorrect use or handling of the material, or wear and tear from normal use. In the case of technical products, the user must follow the instructions and directions for use provided by the manufacturer.
Warning regarding RUNNEK hygienic masks: AS THIS IS A PERSONAL HYGIENIC PRODUCT, RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
Returns
You can return your purchase or products bought in our online store within 14 calendar days (during special campaigns such as Black Friday, Christmas, or Sales, the return period may be longer; please contact us by email at info@runnek.es or by calling +34 647 959 669).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. RUNNEK does not offer free returns. If the shipment sent by RUNNEK is incorrect (due to a mistake in size, colour, or model) or the product has a defect, the customer must notify RUNNEK through the contact form (we will respond within 48 hours).

The return shipping cost, which the customer must pay, is estimated at €3.99 (VAT included), and will be deducted from the purchase refund.

All returns must meet the following requirements:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Products must not have been used or washed in any way.
Products must be in perfect condition and show no signs of damage or tampering.
Products must be complete and, if possible, in their original packaging.
Once the returned product(s) have been received and inspected at our facilities, RUNNEK will refund the corresponding amount paid using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These general terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with current Spanish legislation on the matter, which shall apply subsidiarily to all matters not expressly provided for herein (Law 34/2002 of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce).

National and international shipping for sporting events and clubs (not online store customers)
Orders delivered to mainland Spain with a taxable amount exceeding €300 (excluding VAT) include shipping costs (except for race bib orders). Orders under €300 and all deliveries to Ceuta, Melilla, the Balearic Islands, and the Canary Islands will incur separate shipping costs.
